Well it has been awhile to say the least. Things are pretty well here. I just read my last post on resolutions. Here's the news on that.
I think I drink 64 oz of water a day. I get pretty thirsty at my job.
I have a full time job!!!! Errrr not quite; but 35 hours a week is close! I pay all my bills, have no debt, and end up saving some at the end of the month so I say that is success!!!!
I moved to Sanford, NC so I can't see my bff Mary Grace once a week but I have been seeing her once a month when I go home (and I ran into her at Target yesterday while in Greensboro)! She is having a baby girl in December and I am beyond excited for her!
I read four books (Twilight Saga) in a month and a half with my boyfriend NOT biting my throat off (teehee) so I took August off from reading. BUT September starts Wednesday and I will begin again on my new hobby of reading. I am starting the Harry Potter books (late, I know) and after that will be reading books I read in high school/pretended to read in high school. :)
I light a candle every once in a while. Mainly to get rid of the cigarette smoke from my neighbor beside me and below me. Yuck. I also have air fresheners in every room but it still stinks. And it sticks in my clothes. I hope my friends/coworkers don't think I smoke cause it's nasty.
I am still couponing. Just finished clipping yesterday's and organized them while the bf is off somewhere with his buds.
I have a close friend getting married Oct. 9. I am a bridesmaid :) This is the second time I've been in a wedding so I will say NO if I get asked again....I may be a smidge superstitious, but the odds are against me!

Resolutions
I am a little late for the New Year Resolutions but it took me a while to truly think about some things I want to do for the year and hopefully for my life. So here they are, 18 days late...
1. Drink 64 ounces of water a day
2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week.
3. Read one book per month.
4. See my best friend, Mary Grace, once a week.
5. Go to church regularly.
6. Light a candle everyday.
7. Find a full time job!!!
8. Talk to my dad and my brother more often.
I am trying to think of a good way to remember my resolutions everyday. All I can think of is Post It's on the mirror....

My Coke Rewards
Everyone knows about the codes under the cap right? By habit I always look under the cap because it use to say if you were a winner or "sorry try again". And now there is just a code. For a few years now there has been just a code. Up until about a month ago they were still just codes. But not anymore! I actually started to save the caps and enter the codes into my new My Coke Rewards account. And guess what I now have 101 points saved up in less than a month! So what can you get with points?????
Free drinks (30 points)
Magazine subscriptions (starting at 100, Better Home and Gardens and Fitness are 133 points!)
Lots of Coke memorabilia and gift cards to online retailers at all amounts.
Stainless Steel cookware for 2000 points!
Money off of hotels and airfare! SO cool!
You can also donate your points to charities or schools!
If you are someone like me who drinks Coke a lot or has a bf who drinks Sprite like its water then its easy to accumulate points. You can log on to the website or text the codes in if you link your cell to your online account. If you enter in three codes in the first 10 days of your account you get 20 bonus points! NICE! So here is how many points you can get with the different Coca Cola products:
any size bottle (14 oz to 3 liter) you get 3 points. There is a code under all caps on six pack bottles or larger.
packs of 12 cans get you 10 points (the code is on the inside of the cardboard)
packs of 20 cans are 20 points
packs of 32 cans are 25 points
My Coke Rewards are on Coke products including Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Diet Sprite, Fanta, Fresca, POWERAde, Pibb, Minute Maid, Dasani, and Vault.
Start saving your caps today! Or email me your codes if you don't want them! You wouldn't want me to be doing this now would you.....

VS Secret Santa Rewards Card
Have I mentioned how much I love working at Victoria's Secret? Well I do and tonight gave me another reason to love it. We are getting a ton of the Secret Santa rewards cards in lately. At my store we are mainly getting $10 gifts but we have seen some $50 and $100. Well tonight I rang up a woman with a $500 gift card!!!!! YAY! And this woman was so deserving! She was a lovely lady before she found out about the money. I enjoyed being apart of her glorious night!
Another reason to love working at VS....we got a special extra 10% this week as a Christmas gift. That makes the associate discount 40% off. Which came in handy for the gift I bought for my friend's lingerie party this Saturday. :)
